Rebels Edge Armory Limited Lifetime Warranty

Warranty

Rebels Edge Armory (REA) firearms manufactured, or branded products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, granted to the original owner of the product. This warranty is non-transferable. The original purchase must be in the United States.

REA will promptly replace or repair any product that is determined (at REA’s sole discretion) to be defective (See Defective and Return Policy).  The purchaser is required to cooperate with REA in providing reasonable documentation to prove original purchase and to determine the nature of the problem. This warranty only applies to REA products which are used, handled, and installed in the manner recommended by REA.

Exclusions

REA will not be responsible for defects, malfunctions or required repairs resulting from any of the following:

  • Damage or breakage to REA parts during assembly by the purchaser.
  • Unauthorized or improper modification or alteration.
  • Improper repair or disassembly.
  • Careless handling, abuse, neglect, criminal misuse, negligence or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Unreasonable or unintended use, i.e., use of the products under conditions more severe than those for which they were designed and intended.
  • Normal wear, tear and/or corrosion.
  • Use of defective or improper ammunition including remanufactured ammunition.
  • Products installed with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will REA be liable to buyer/owner in tort, contract, or otherwise, for any incidental, indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, reliance, statutory, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, loss of revenues, inconvenience, lost business opportunities, damage to good will or reputation, lost profits, injury, death or property damage even if advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages could have been reasonably foreseen, in connection with, arising out of, or as a result of the sale, delivery, servicing, use or loss of use of the products sold hereunder, or for any liability of buyer to any third party with respect thereto.  No claim by the buyer/owner of any kind, including claims for indemnification, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the Products in respect to which damages are claimed.

Warranty Returns Process

All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

How to obtain an RMA Number.

  • Fill out the REA Return Merchandise Authorization Form with ALL required information.
    • You will need the following:
      • Model and serial number of the firearm concerned
      • Description of the difficulty experienced
      • A copy of the bill of sale in the owner’s name, or a copy of ATF Form 4473 indicating date of purchase must be included
      • Order number, if the item was purchased directly from REA OR Invoice/receipt from the retailer where the product was purchased
  • When we receive the “REA Return Merchandise Authorization Form”, we will send you an RMA Number by email.
  • After you receive the RMA Number, you will ship the product back to us, via UPS or FedEx (Do NOT attempt to ship firearms via USPS, only federally licensed dealers may ship a firearm by USPS) to:

Special Notes:

  • Make sure any firearm is NOT loaded and do NOT include any ammunition.
  • The package must NOT bear any markings which indicate the identity of the contents.
  • This product MUST be shipped in a protective box with product wrapped in bubble wrap or similar packaging material to prevent movement or damage in the box while in transit. Rebels Edge Armory is NOT responsible for damage caused in transit.
  • We recommend you insure the package. Rebels Edge Armory is NOT responsible for lost packages in transit.
  • When shipping a firearm, it is most important that you comply with your local, state and federal laws and regulations as the above guidelines are meant only to provide guidance, but you must seek assistance from the appropriate authorities as necessary.
