Q: I placed an order, what happens now?


A: After we have received your order and your credit card company has approved your transaction, your order status will be marked “Processing.” We try to process and ship all orders in 3 to 5 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. For questions, please contact us.

Q: How do I become a dealer?

Q: Can you ship to my P.O. Box?

A: No, we must have a street address.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins or tours?

A: No, we are a manufacturer and do not have a store front.

Q: Do you accept local delivery so I can come and pick up my order?

A: No, but glad to have locals supporting our business!

Q: What if my REA product arrives damaged?

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?

A: No, not for direct consumers.

Q: Can I order over the phone?

A: No, you can only order at Shop – Rebels Edge Armory

Q: What are your Customer Service hours?

A: Monday – Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST) Please note that emails sent after 5:00 p.m. on Friday through the weekend will NOT be answered until the following Monday.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order with REA that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Orders@RebelsEdgeArmory.com prior to the shipment of your order. Once it has been shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.

Returns Policy

NONE, unless deemed defective or damaged (see “REA Defective, Damaged or Missing Items Policy”).

Defective, Damaged or Missing Items Policy

Defective Product (with Manufacturing Defect)

If the product is defective when you receive it, you must report the defective item to us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We must receive your defective product back within 14 days of the original receipt of the product.

All returns of defective items require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) obtained via the REA Repair and Return Form provided in the REA Approved Returns Process

Special Note: 

If firearms or parts are returned to REA as “defective” but we determine that they are not defective, we may charge you a fee to cover the cost of the evaluation, shipping and other labor involved in examining the item returned to us. We will notify you by email or phone of the fee to be charged. You then will be asked provide a credit card number (together with the name on the card, the expiration date, the CVV and the billing zip code) to cover the fee and return shipping.

The following charges may apply to repair service:

  • Evaluation:    $30 to $50
  • Cleaning:       $25 to $50
  • Labor:            $50 to $100
  • Replacement parts: Cost of parts


Damaged Products (via transit)

If the product is damaged (via transit) when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We must receive your damaged product back within 14 days of the original receipt of the product.

All returns of damaged items require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) obtained via the RMA Form provided in the REA Approved Returns Process.

All missing items require a REA Missing Item Form be completed and submitted.

Warranty Policy

Rebels Edge Armory (REA) firearms manufactured, or branded products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, granted to the original owner of the product. This warranty is non-transferable. The original purchase must be in the United States.

REA will promptly replace or repair any product that is determined (at REA’s sole discretion) to be defective (See Defective and Return Policy).  The purchaser is required to cooperate with REA in providing reasonable documentation to prove original purchase and to determine the nature of the problem. This warranty only applies to REA products which are used, handled, and installed in the manner recommended by REA.
