If the product is defective when you receive it, you must report the defective item to us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We must receive your defective product back within 14 days of the original receipt of the product.
All returns of defective items require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) obtained via the REA Repair and Return Form provided in the REA Approved Returns Process
Special Note:
If firearms or parts are returned to REA as “defective” but we determine that they are not defective, we may charge you a fee to cover the cost of the evaluation, shipping and other labor involved in examining the item returned to us. We will notify you by email or phone of the fee to be charged. You then will be asked provide a credit card number (together with the name on the card, the expiration date, the CVV and the billing zip code) to cover the fee and return shipping.
The following charges may apply to repair service:
- Evaluation: $30 to $50
- Cleaning: $25 to $50
- Labor: $50 to $100
- Replacement parts: Cost of parts
